Valence Systems is a technology product company that designs, builds, owns, and operates intelligent software platforms which modernize how complex organizations work.
A valence is the capacity of an element to bond — to hold things together. That idea sits at the center of what we build. Organizations run on countless connections between people, records, and the systems that describe their work. When the software beneath those connections is fragmented, everything is harder than it should be.
We started Valence Systems to change that — not by selling custom software, but by building products of our own: operational platforms that replace fragmented systems, simplify complex workflows, and empower organizations through thoughtful technology.
ConcordiumOS is our first platform, built for K–12 education. Over time, Valence is growing into a portfolio company — a family of operational platforms serving industries like healthcare, municipalities, nonprofits, and enterprise, each built on the same foundation.
